Service

DayStack is a year-calendar organiser that helps you plan your time around public holidays, weekends, and shared days with other users. By using DayStack, you agree to these terms.

Sharing days with other users

DayStack lets you invite another user to align a specific date (a “shared day”) or to plan a year together. Both parties can see the invite and each other’s name or email for any invite they are part of. Sending invites is uncapped on every tier, subject to reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see your card details. Account data, including profile information and plans, is stored by Supabase.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

DayStack+ subscriptions

DayStack+ features are available via paid subscription billed monthly or yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Holiday data

Public holiday data is sourced from third-party providers and may not be 100% accurate. Islamic holidays are estimated and subject to moon sighting. DayStack is a planning tool — always confirm dates with your employer or local authority.

Limitation of liability

DayStack is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from inaccurate holiday data, service downtime, or data loss. Use the service at your own discretion.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of DayStack after changes constitutes acceptance.
